Dear MedGemak user,
Unfortunately, the MedGemak app is no longer supported on a number of older iOS devices. These include the iPhone X, iPhone 8, the iPad (5th generation) and older devices running iOS version 16.7.15.
We have investigated whether a solution is possible, but unfortunately this is not feasible. As Apple no longer (fully) supports these devices, this is beyond our control and we can no longer ensure the app functions properly on them.
In this case, you can continue to use MijnGezondheid.net via the web browser on your device.
